Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $211,600 - $296,200 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Vice President of Marketing will lead a large team focused on building our Bread and Bun brands to deliver growth and address the ever-changing needs and demands of our consumers. Key national brands under this portfolio include Oroweat, Sara Lee, Artesano, Ball Park and critical regional brands such as Mrs. Baird's. This marketing leader will be responsible for building a holistic strategy across our bread and bun brands (both short-term and long-term) as well as developing and executing marketing tactics to deliver growth against the brands. A key piece of this work will be thinking differently about our brands and developing strategies on how we attract new consumers and reach new occasions. This person will need to work cross-functionally daily with key leaders across sales, finance, operations/supply chain, RGM, HR, etc. They will also be a member of the Marketing Leadership Team contributing to the development of cross-category strategies to achieve our growth ambitions. The individual in this position will need to demonstrate consumer empathy, superior collaboration, financial acumen, results orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, people leadership skills, effective organization, and project management skills. Exposure to a variety of market research techniques and experience in data analysis are also important. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food and food trends and who enjoy the work of creating new things. The VP is expected to spend time in the marketplace and participate in meetings with functions from across the organization including visiting bakeries and co-manufacturers.
